Viking InterWorks supports Rambus RDRAM based SORIMM solutions in densities of 72MB, 144MB, 288MB and 576MB. All modules are available in both 800MHz and 1066MHz speeds.
In order to support the highest densities required by our high-performance networking customers, Viking InterWorks developed the 576MB SORIMM (NexRIMM) with their innovative stacking approach, enabling the density by utilizing 16 pcs 288Mb RDRAM devices. This 576MB SORIMM module is known as the NexRIMM.
